Hi,

I’ve had this adapter working fine for 3 weeks. I woke up this morning and all of the text on my monitor was heavily pixelated. I shut down my pc and restarted. Upon restarting I only had a window about the size of a 1080 square shown centered on my monitor. all of the colors were washed out and i couldn’t make out any text or images. Just purple, pinkish, and green swirls and swatches of colors.

I unhooked the displayport to hdmi 2.0 adapter and went back to 4k @ 30hz for now. Any ideas on what happened? Everytime i try to use the adapter now I get a squished centered display that I can barely navigate my way out of.

I have just now done further testing. I can confirm my displayport works with other cables and adapters but the club3d displayport 1.2 to hdmi 2.0 adapter seems to be dead. How can I get in touch with customer support to send me a replacement?
