Hi,

Can you check if the Catalyst Control Center you have the settings in manual mode?
Can you give me your system specifications?

I don’t even have to be starting in windows for the fan to be at 100 % the other fans works as it should. I run a gigabyte 990fxa -ud3  and AMD  8350 FX on 8 gigs of 2133 ddr3. It is still under store warranty so i am taking it back for an exchange.

Hi SrKag, do note that the fast spinning fan can have several different causes. For example if you had a previous card installed with customized fan profiles or if you installed a new driver without completely sweeping previous driver versions. Has the card been replaced in the meanwhile?
