Hey

i am a proud owner of a R9 290 3 months old brand new. However i occurd some problems and these became extreme annoying in the past few days. My system is this one http://imgur.com/a/qS7o5

While playing any kind of game whice requiers a good amount of GPU power my screen goes randomly black. this could be happening within a minte or within hours. i tryed to capture it but every time i try to capture it it never shows up.

At the time my screen goes black i see some vertical stripes for 1 sec. after those stripes dissapeared my screen is completely black and cant do anything anymore. The only thing i can do is Manually reboot my PC by pressing the reset switch. What i did notice is when the screen goes black my sound starts to loop. While being in a Skype call they still can hear me and i also can hear them. so somehow im not getting any display anymore. My card isnt overheating its getting to a max 60-70 degrees

My specs are
Intel I5 4440
R9 290 Royalking
Coolermaster G550M
Msi H81M P33

Hi,
Do you have the latest BIOS update on your mainboard? The latest version is 1.9
You can find it here
Also please make sure that you have the latest Windows update, please also click the Check Windows update online under the Windows update window once updates has been checked or completed. It will normally find more updates
Are you overclocking your system? If you are, please check if by placing the mainboard default BIOS settings you experience the same results.
Please try to give more information of your system such as the OS, I found that the latest on board audio drivers is from May 14th. Also make sure that you also have the latest system and Chipset drivers

Can you uninstall the current driver and use DDU to remove all vga drivers? Please install the driver again once is done.
Make sure you boot into safe mode before running the program.

Hi,
Yes, I saw the video. This could be different issues but I was wondering if you could test the card in a different system with a higher rated PSU.
Thank you in advance.
