Submitting a warantee Request

Good Day,

I am having issues finding a phone number or email for a warantee claim. My hub display port triple monitor appears to have stopped working. I believe it is only the power cord because the light does not turn on. The center channel allows for one display but either side hdmi ports will no register a signal. I guess my two questions are:

– What is the number to contact for warranty concerns? Provided it is still under waranty (Only bought it 11 months ago, though I do not know how long ago the manufacturer purchased the unit.

– Would I still receive a signal through the center channel if no power is going to the unit?

Sorry for the delay of this reply.

You can claim warranty from the place of purchase, this will most probably offer the fastest service for you.

It would be a special case, but possible that the Hub receives just enough power from the DP input to pass on 1 video signal. For the second/third output it would need to do more “work”, thus needing more power then it gets.
