Will CGA-5452PLI work with UEFI secureboot?

I got a ASRock RackC226 WS main-board where I need a PCI GFX card. So I pulled a random card of a old PC, and of-course got an error-message about the card not being compliant with UEFI secureboot.

My option seems to be buying a new card, and the only alternative available seems to be the CGA-5452PLI.
But since this card is quite old (the product information sheet PDF says 4 March 2011) i have to ask before I place an order:
Will this card work with UEFI secureboot?

Hi,
Unfortunately the 5450 is not a UEFI compliant card.
You need to boot the system under legacy mode.

Legacy mode is not an option.
Anyway, Thank you for the quick reply.
