csv-1581 11in1 Dock start button

I bought this dock in change for the csv-1580 because of the start button. Hoped this will start my MacBook Pro (M1pro) with the start button, without open the display every time. After a week now I see it does not work as I thought. Is there anything wrong? The connected devices are starting well.

The CSV-1580 does not support a completely turned off system to be boot up.

Maybe it does work when the system is on standby/sleep mode?
