I have a Club 3D Docking station, (CSV-1564W65) that isn’t working as expected.  Intermittently, the monitors will turn off/go blank screen for a few seconds, then come back on.  This doesn’t happen when I plug directly into my laptop or use a displayport to HDMI adapter.

Also, if I disconnect the docking station, then plug it back in, sometimes my USB mouse or keyboard will stop working.  If I unplug the device from the docking station while the laptop is connected, and then plug it back in, the mouse will also stop working.

Which laptop and displays are you using? And at what resolution?

HELP!!

I have the same issue with the CSV-1564W100 USB Type C 3.2 Gen1 Triple Display Dynamic PD Charging Dock…only the flashing happens a lot and my 2.4 dongle keyboard often has to be reconnected.

I have a HP Envy X360 15-eu0013ca with 2 TV’s connected as monitors:

a Samsung UN55MU6300 connected by HDMI and

an older Philips Tv connected from TV with single cable that is HDMI to DP on the dock.

The worst flashing is when on Zoom calls with multiple people and the strange part is that the flashing while on zoom is contained to the other people’s videos, the menu and the main window do not flash just the other participants videos go on and off repeatedly, Sometimes I have noticed resizing to a smaller window eases it a bit but it still does it.  And once in a while using other programs and doing different things the flashing will happen but not as intensely as on Zoom and it is not consistent, and it starts randomly it seems and then flashes more and more and the cameras are not visible for longer and longer periods as the call goes on in length!

HELP   I have tried uninstalling all display, camera and video software and reinstalling and Zoom software as we’ll, I have installed older versions of Zoom also and it still does it.

I can’t find any drivers for the dock so I don’t know how to uninstall and reinstall anything for it that would make it better!

Please help if you can, as I really don’t want to have to buy a new dock.

Thanks for any and all help you may be able to provide,

JJ

Samsung is same

Philips is 1920×1080 at 59.94Hz

Does it also happen when the Philips TV is not connected?

What is the color bitrate on the Samsung? 8 or 10? try 8.

Does the old Philips TV has an old VGA connection? Try that.

I think that the HDMI to DP cable is the issue. Should it not be DP to HDMI? Where the source is the dock and the sink TV. I would not suggest to use an adapter(cable) anyway from a dock. Always keep it sames – same.

Does it happen when connecting the old Philips TV directly in the HDMI port on the Envy?
