I had the same issue with the CSV-1564—super frustrating! The installation CD wasn’t in my box either. You can usually find the driver under the “Downloads” section on the Club 3D support page, but it can be a bit hidden. Try emailing their support directly; they sent me the correct Wacky Flip DisplayLink driver link pretty quickly.
