Sorry to hear about that. You probably have two memory or more in your system. If you have two, can you remove one and test your system if you have the same results? If you do, please remove the first one and place the second and do the same.
It could be a memory issue you have. Also do you overlock your system? Check if you can set your BIOS to default values and see if makes any changes.
