Matebook X Pro 2018

The device has thunderbolt 3. 

usb-c to displayport not working

When initially plugged in – “Display connection might be limited”

Repeated message that keeps popping up  – USB device not recognized

PC drivers up to date

Please respond on how to remedy the situation

Hello Werner,

Could you be more specific with what are you connecting to the USB-C port what product of club-3d they have many solutions.

i can only remedy on a solution if all the information is present please provide the product type. Club-3d cables start with CAC and dockingstations, splitters, MST start with CSV.
