I’ve tried emailing the support email to get a firmware update for my CAC 1085 a couple times now but haven’t gotten a reply. Is there a better way to get updated firmware? Thanks!

How do you know you need a firmware update?

Is there something wrong with the adapter? What does it do or does not do?

What are the source (PC GPU) and display?

I got a firmware update from Club-3d for the CAC-1085 to get HDR support in macOS.  #21
