Hi Ikoflank89,
Can you please send us a picture of the backside of the card, there should be stickers with Item-Code, SerialNumber and Porduction NR. These my colleagues need to determine which is the correct and latest Bios for you.
Please send email to [email protected]
Thanks
Hi Luis,
The easiest way to connect 5 screens to 1 pc is with this Graphics Card; CGAX-7856M6.
http://www.dynos.es/tienda/search.html?key=cgax-7856m6&f=
This card has 6 mini-displayport outputs and you can connect 6 screens to that.
When using Screens with DP input you can use “normal” or “passive” cables, when using screens with other inputs you will need Active Adapter Cables for every monitor apart from the first 2 you connect.
Note: Cables USB/DP/HDMI will loose singal quality after 3 meters and you might need active cables for cables longer than that.
For Screens with VGA input you will need : CAC-1102 = Mini-DP to VGA Active
Please check for available screen configurations:

Can you check with Acre if the screens are capable of receiving MST signal ? This would normally not be an issue with screens with a DP input … but just to be sure …
Hi Ritterbutzke,
I am not sure but did not receive feedback from Intel yet why it is that the graphics cannot be set to 8 bits. Should not be all that difficult i would think …

yes received and done 🙂
Hi all,
Infortunatly the firmware update does not seem to fix all problems in combination with Intel HD4600 Graphics.
Users have not seemed to be bale to set the color to lower than 16Bits or 32Bits int he driver or Groahics Control Center form Intel.
This is necessary if you want to run 3840×2160 at 60Hz in 4:4:4 you cannot run higher than 8Bits and in 4:2:2 not higher than 12Bits. Otherwise the signal takes more bandwidth than 18Gbps which is the max for HDMI2.0.
You are welocme to try the firmware update, please send an email to [email protected] for that.
Thanks

Hi Viktor,
Sorry for the delay, but we have had some issues here internally with the connection.
With some TV’s you need to set the Ultra HD Color to “enabled” manually in the setting of the TV for that HDMI2.0 port.
Please set the color depth to 8bpp / 10 bpp in your pc system.
Please do make sure to use an HDMI cable that has capacity to do 18Gbps (or HDMI2.0).
(like our CAC-1310; http://www.club-3d.com/index.php/products/reader.en/product/hdmi-20-high-speed-4k60hz-uhd-cable-.html )
If you would still need the firmware update please send us an email at [email protected]
