I tried setting to 1080p30, then reboot and then up again. I'm not sure if 1080p24 is an available option. I will check when I get home.

I am having the same problem. I have a Vizio p502ui-b1 and as soon as I connect my TV there is no signal. There has to be a way to make this work.
