The CAC-1010 firmware isn’t publicly available for download—you can only get it directly from Club-3D support. Emailing [email protected] is the right step, but replies can be slow. Some users reported faster responses if they include their adapter’s serial number, purchase info, and a clear description of the HDCP/flicker issue. Unfortunately, there’s no official faster way than going through doodle baseball support.
