That’s incredibly disappointing! I’ve had similar experiences with tech companies promising updates that never materialize. Have you considered using the monitors for other activities while waiting for a solution? I actually use mine for creative projects like level design in Geometry Dash – the extra screen space really helps when mapping out complex patterns.
