CAC-1023 screen-flickering and shifting

just bought on Amazon the CAC-1023 to extend my DisplayPort connection. After connecting, the display started flickering and shifting but most of the time remains black.

any suggestions how to fix the issue?

I got two cables and both of them are doing the same thing.

are you able to test it with another cable, it sounds like a power issue

I tried all sorts of combinations and it was interesting to see that when I put the two cable in series they work, if I use only one I have problems. I got the Club 3D support looking into that and waiting their reply. it’s an interesting case.
