Good day Greed,

Sorry to hear this.
Sounds like the adapter looses signal from the Graphics Card.

Can you check which firmware is on the Adapter, should be something mentioned on the dislayport cable normally.
Are you able to test the adapter on a different system by any chance ?

Hello, I found one request on your forum (CAC-1051 screen-flicking and shifting (DP to DVI-DL active adapter)) and downloaded the firmware and program provided there. After the firmware is updated, the problem occurs only once when the desktop is loaded. Loss of signal is unlikely due to the lack of signal propagation on the parallel connected tv in hdmi.
Again, just in case, after flashing to the version from the post CAC-1051 screen-flicking and shifting (DP to DVI-DL active adapter) (https://insights.club-3d.com/thread/cac-1051-screen-flicking -and-shifting-dp-to-dvi-dl-active-adapter /), the problem only occurs once the desktop is loaded. The remaining moments of screen-flicking and shifting
have ceased.

Ok,  yes that 2.33 is the latest available firmware we have.
Please connect DP port to the first DP output, which is normally the one on top (furthest away from the HDMI output). Set screen connected via the Adapter as secondary screen and mirror mode (just for now to try to get it going) and turn off all power saving settings in screen and system.
