CAC-1070 and quadro k620 issue

Hi there,

I have a CAC-1070 adapter plugged into a Nvidia Quadro k620, hooked up to an LG 49UH668V via good quality HDMI 2.0 cable.

After starting the PC, I get a signal on the TV but the screen stays completely black. After about 20 seconds it changes to a blueish tint and then the signal stops.

I have HDR disabled on all the HDMI ports on the TV.

Is there anything else I should check/do?

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks!!

Hi Palinkat, please make sure you have the latest drivers for the Nvidia driver installed and see if you can also update the latest firmware of the CAC-1070 which you can find in our website https://www.club-3d.com/en/detail/2366/displayport_1.2_to_hdmi_2.0_uhd_active_adapter/

under downloads please keep us posted on the outcome. thank you

It looks like the firmware link is gone. Could I get a link to it?
