Hello all! I have a B286HK monitor and I bought the CAC-1070 so I could use my XBOX X at 4K. But the monitor isn’t recognizing that any cable is plugged in when I use the adapter. Any ideas?

Hi.
may i ask how you are using the adapter? as far as I know the Xbox X does not have a DP output port. The adapter is not bi-directional since it is active, hence you can only use it from a DP output source to HDMI not the other way around.
