CAC-1080 Blue Screening

I have been using my CAC-1080 for a little while, but recently I noticed whenever I plug in a display cable that’s attached to the CAC-1080, my computer will freeze up for a while, then blue screens:

SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
nvlddmkm.sys

After that, the system will restart, and when Windows loads back up, only 1 display will work, even though I have 4 displays connected. No matter what I do at this point, I cannot get the other displays to work – unless I disconnect the CAC-1080, after which everything starts working again.

Anyone else experiencing this? I have emailed support, hoping a firmware update could maybe fix it.
