Hi!

I have a question about the compatibility of the cable (DisplayPort 1.4 to USB-C). On the specifications it says the cable is compatible with 720p, 1080p and 2160p. But could it also be used with a monitor with like a 3440x1440 resolution with 144hz?

To answer your question this cable will support up to 4K@120 not above

The display I’m buying isn’t 4K. ‘Only’ 3440x1440, a 4K would 3840x2160 (or something like that). So that why I was curious if the cable would support a higher refresh rate on a lower resolution than 4K. Because the cable can do 60Hz at 8k, 120hz 4K so I was hoping for maybe 144hz at 3440x1440... But from the site and technical info that isn’t really clear.

To be honest it might be possible if you stay under 16bit color depth
