CAC-2504 with MacBook Pro 2017 does not work with 4K 60Hz external monitor

Hi all,

I am trying to connect my MacBook Pro 15" 2017 with this adapter my Samsung UR55 but the image is distorted and glitchy. I am using HDMI 2.0

Any solution?

Hi with a macOSX is always best to create a custom resolution - you can try Switch ResX

use Simplified Settings at CVT-RB and Pixel Clock at 533.31Mhz
