Is there a reason there are no female displayport 1.4 to male hdmi 2.1 adapters?

I often have alot of issues with signal dropping out on long hdmi cables, so I was hoping I could get a long displayport cable, and then convert it to hdmi right at the end. So far every adapter Ive seen relies on using an hdmi cable, either club3d or someone else.

Best you can do is get a CAC-1088 and then use an HDMI cable no longer than 3 meters. For example the CAC-1373.

The reason your signal is dropping is because it loses it power over a longer cable with an adapter.

Combining an AOC cable with an adapter will not work either. Copper is the only way. Or use a direct AOC (longer than 10 meters) cable.
