How can i get a hdmi 2.1 edid if my monitor only supports hdmi 2.0, i am able to get the data when i use a DP 1440p@240 and convert it to a hdmi 2.1 edid?. I am importing this data into a capture card which output is a CAC-1335 adapter which goes into my monitor. If i get the edid using HDMI 2.0 i am limited to 1440p@144 which i dont want. Is this possible to do?
