The docking station seems to be picking up my keyboard but is not running off the power supply or picking up the monitors. It does work properly on my Dell work laptop. Anything I can do? 0 0 on 14-04-2022 Baak I assume you mean CSV-1564? W65 or W100? Which ACER laptop exactly? Does the laptop support Power delivery over USB-C? Does the laptop support USB-C Displayport Alt mode?
