I purchased a DisplayPort™ 1.2 to HDMI™ 2.0 UHD Active Adapter and it has worked fine for a while; but just today, it stopped supporting 4k . . .
Now it only gives the option for 1080; and Windows showed an alert for the adapter being faulty.
