Displayport 1.2 to HMDI 2.0: 4K screen doesn’t wake up after sleep mode

I bought the new Displayport 1.2 to HMDI 2.0 with a gold-plated HDMI 2.0 cable. Connected my Mac Mini (with Intel Iris, Late 2014) to a LG 4K screen. Via SwitchResX I can turned on the 4K resolution on 60hz.

When I put my Mac to sleep and want to wake it back up, the screen doesn’t show anything. It says there is no signal. Only way you get it back is rebooting hard or disconnected the converter and connect the Mac directly with the HDMI 2.0 cable.

How can I fix this?

Same issue here with a PC and intel graphics 530.
After resuming vom Standby no Signal on the Samsung 4K Screen.
