Can anyone tell me if there is a displayport to DVI adapter that is capable of 1920 x 1080 at 120\144 Hz

My monitor can handle 144 Hz on DVI but the graphics card im looking at has only displayports

Hi RandomTox,

The CAC-1010 will be able to do that. however might be good to know what videocard you are using just to be sure 🙂

Thank you for your reply. I have used 2 cables and 1 cable adapter. All 3 left me with 60 Hz. The computer shops over here just can’t seem to figure it out. I have an Asus ROG Strix RX 5700XT 8GB.

Hi,

The cac-1010 is able to do this as long as the monitor supports Dual link DVI-D.

I had an Sapphire R9 290X OC which was connected to the DVI port of the monitor. Always had it on 144 Hz. As far as I can remember I had to buy a dual link cable to do so. Then I could select 144 Hz in the Windows display settings.

So far I haven’t been able, only 60 Hz.

Again, thanks for your reply.
