Does CAC-1087 support VRR?

On the product page it says that it supports HDMI 2.1 and 4k 120hz with DSC. 

Does it support variable refresh rate?

Hi It does not support VRR - What GPU are yo using? 

I have a 1080 TI. If I use this cable to connect it to HDMI2.1 compliant display that supports Adaptive Sync - will it work?

yes it will work - but it will not support VRR also - please note that for this GPU is best to use 4K60Hz as 120Hz might be unstable for this GPU
