Does Tech support reply to anyone?

I have a new DP to DVI-D adapter from Club, and unfortunately it doesn’t work.  So I emailed support three days ago, and I have yet to hear back.  I even went and checked my spam. 

It’s a real pain to return things – is there any other way to get a hold of them?

What does not work? I’m pretty sure they will reply evenetually but support takes time.

What are you trying to achieve and what is your setup maybe I can help 🙂

nobody answer, they simply don’t care about customers. I had just ONE reply with very obvious answer inside.
