iMac 27″ (2017) not detecting TV on Club3D adapter Thunderbolt 3 on 2x HDMI

Can you help me how to make adapter detect TV – LG? 
I tried Detect Displays, put iMac into sleep. It stopped working when I once disconnected Adapter and after connecting it does not detect TV anymore.

When I first connected TV it worked.. i disconnected it after months.. and then it did not.
