please check if you have the correct HDMI port on the TV (not all ports will probably be suited)
Please check UHD Color setting for the HDMI port in use

All the hdmi port on my tv is hdmi 2.0 hdcp 2.2 compatible and yes the setting on my tv is uhd color but still i don’t get the adapter to work… any more idea..?

nope not really no … but because all the hardware seems to be working, it must be Software/Setting i would say.

Same problem here with NUC5i7RYH and a Samsung HU7500 4K TV. UHD color is enabled, all drivers are latest versions, Win 10 64 clean installation, I can’t even run the updater.

The same here i used other computer with windows to update the adapter firmware the nuc just don’t load the program. still can get the adapter to work or output 60hz 4k.. hope someone in club3d doing some testing and working on the problem.
