Legion Go and CSV-1599

I’ve a Legion Go handheld device (Windows 11) with USB4 support and a brand new Club3D CSV-1599 Hub/Dock. Everything works fine including LAN, Power Delivery and general USB devices. What I cannot get to work is the HDMI, while the CSV-1599 connection to an external display via HDMI is working with another computer just fine, when I connect with the Legion Go the device internal screen just turns black, but the external display don’t get any signal at all. I’ve tested several external displays, different HDMI cables and things. Must be the Legion Go and the CSV-1599 combination somehow? Anything I can do?

Cheers.

Drivers of the Legion up to date?
Disconnect any other device from the display, try again.

Troubleshooting USB4 and HDMI compatibility can be tricky when the same dock works normally with another computer. Testing different cables and displays is a sensible way to narrow down the cause. It also shows how structured troubleshooting relies on comparing different variables, much like Alt Delta Datalytics can help organize and interpret data to identify useful patterns and make clearer decisions.
