Hi, I connected correctly the cable between a LG OLED 65C8PLA and a AV-680 Yamaha, I have no ARC. The HdMI on Tv is the 2, I set correctly bot the yamaha and the tv (both have ARC active). Any help?

I never encountered this problem before the only thing I can advise is could you try another hdmi cable if you have one. At least we can rule out somethings then.

Thank you for your kind reply. No idea why, but after I switched off for 1 hour due to thunderstorm both the amplifier  and the tv, arc it works….hope all is solved..
