question about the DisplayPort™ 1.2 to HDMI™ 2.0 UHD active adapter

hello
i bought the DisplayPort™ 1.2 to HDMI™ 2.0 UHD active adapter and i have a problem
i have 4k hisense tv with hdmi 2.0 port that support up to 3840×2160 on 60 fps my tv connect to my pc
my graphic card is the msi radeon r9 290x 4 gb with display port 1.2 the DisplayPort™ 1.2 to HDMI™ 2.0 UHD active adapter is connected to the display port on the graphic card and from the adapter i connected hdmi 2.0 cable to my hdmi 2.0 port in the tv the problem is that im only getting 3840×2160 on 30 fps and not 60 fps
im using windows 10 os i tried to install new drivers i even installed a new windows 10 copy but nothing change is there anything to do?

Hi Tom

Most setup with TV work best when making a custom resoltuion in the crimson driver for
3840×2160 p at 60Ha and Timing Standard set to CVT-Reduced-Blanking. 
Also please see if there is an update for the HiSense TV

thank you so much for the quick answer 
i did the custom resolution and it worked but only with cvt without reduced blanking 
but  still its much better than 30 fps 
again thank you very much for your help
