hi  everyone
i have buy this product
but not work in my laptop
specification is  windows 10  pro 64 bit , is acer ex2509
i did do a fresh install of  windows 10 pro and driver  i have uploaded at today .
i plug in usb 3.0 port of laptop the cable of my docking , in device manger i see  this error
unknow usb device port reset failed
some one can help me please ??

Hi eoffice,

Sorry to hear this.
Please check to make sure your notebook has a USB 3.0 port, i mena it should also work on a USB 2.0 port but only with limited functionality.

Disconnect Docking
Un-Install all DisplayLink realted software and drivers you have on your system.
Download and install latest driver for WIN 10 you can find it here:
Now connect the docking and it should work in proper manner.
