The Club 3D CAC-1070 2080ti display issue

2080Ti and Display Port to HDMI adapter. I just recently purchased this adapter to connect my 4k TVs to my graphics card since the 2080Ti only has one HDMI input. Also please note I am running in NvLink so two cards are present as well. This adapter (The Club 3D CAC-1070) specifically says it will support chroma 4:4:4 over 8 bit at 4k@60.
Problem is it will not. The most I can get at 4k@60 is 4:2:2. I have also tried other adapters and I have the same issue. I know both TVs will work in this config because it worked fine on my Titan XP cards. So I am not having a hardware specific limitation. The only thing I can think of is with the adapter.

Any suggestion on how I can get the adapter to work correctly as it states it should work at 4:4:4 with no issues?

Should I be using the CAC-1080 instead to get what I am looking for?

Sorry for the confusion. I actually did get the CAC-1080 and not the 1070 as originally thought. Still no luck.
