“USB-A to HDMI 2.0 Dual Monitor 4K 60 HZ”: stumbling mouse

Hi all,

I just connected my “USB-A to HDMI 2.0 Dual Monitor 4K 60 HZ”. It works basically, but I notice that the mouse and writing on one of the monitors always stumbles. Everything doesn’t run so smoothly and often gets tangled up. Does anyone know why that might be?
Hardware info: “Intel® NUC-Kit NUC5i3RYK”, two monitors connected via the splitter, one via display port using an adapter from DVI

Many thanks in advance!

Hi Vegani,

Would you be so kind as to indicate what device you are using that mostly starts with CAC or CSV followed by a number.

Thank you.

Hi Vegani,

Could you uninstall the Displaylink driver by using DDU un-installer for grapich drivers:

https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then re-install the driver of displaylink.

Please let me know if this works
