The device has thunderbolt 3. 

usb-c to displayport not working

When initially plugged in - "Display connection might be limited"

Repeated message that keeps popping up  - USB device not recognized

PC drivers up to date

Please respond on how to remedy the situation

Could you be more specific with what are you connecting to the USB-C port what product of club-3d they have many solutions.

i can only remedy on a solution if all the information is present please provide the product type. Club-3d cables start with CAC and dockingstations, splitters, MST start with CSV.
