It looks like the CAC-1079 is out of stock everywhere in North and South America. (USA)

However, I see a few places with stock in the UK and the Netherlands. Can anybody reship to me or is there another way I can purchase one?

Try to reach out to them, then you won’t have the importing duties. Might take some time to get it delivered. But not longer than anyone sending it from EU to US.

Have you tried using a freight forwarder? There are services like Stackry or MyUS that can give you a UK address and ship it to the U.S. Might cost a bit more, but it’s an option if you can’t find someone to reship.
