Where does CSV-1599 get power from?

I’m confused. I don’t see a power input on the datasheet for CSV-1599. Surely this docking station needs to be powered by an extra adapter because it’s also supposed to give power to the host device(laptop). But I don’t see a power input on the photo’s of this product. Neither is a power adapter shown in “box contents” info. Please explain.

The power get drawn from the USB-C cable attached to the hub.

Or if you connect a USB-C Charger to the hubs PD port it will give power trough the attached USB-C cable. Thus powering your devices and the hub.
