Where is Firmware for Displayport 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 UHD (CAC-1070)?

According to my sticker on the adapter I am running CAC-1170 Rev A1-00, FW 7.1E 1613. I cannot get 4k@60hz from either of my TVs (Sony XBR55x850 and XBR43x430) both which support it. I have enabled the Enhanced mode on the TVs as instructed, but when I apply 4k@60hz the TVs display “no input.” Perhaps the firmware update will resolve this issue? I’ve attempted this with two MacBooks 15″, both support 4k@60hz using SwitchResX, and my cables are all HDMI2.0.
Please advise before I am forced to send this adapter back.

KPHS, This adapter is supposed to work, 4k 60Hz, from DP1.2 to HDMI 2.0.
I have not yet got it to work.
Did you find any other products that might work ?

In the meantime ill stall the expiring return limit by ordering a replacement I guess since speed isnt a priority here,,,
I have a computer. It has a 390 dual core devils 13. My one monitor is one of the vizios 10+ other people needed the firmware to fix.

Windows sees it but no picture appears only on the 4k HDMI slot. These sets were marketed pre-HDMI 2 and have their own “thing” but clearly others say it can be done with most models with the firmware update. They all require this im assuming. HDMI2 is pretty scammy I dont blame them.
