CAC-1420 – not disapearing in device manager

Hi,

i hear the sound when i plug in the USB NIC CAC-1420 andit also apears for a moment under the network adapters, but then it imidiately dissapears again.

I bought it almost 1 year ago and since now it worked fine, but recently it stopped working.

Any hint what i could do?

You can go to after-sales service for repairs.
