I bought the card online, the BIOS is updated, Windows is updated, and I have the latest Catalyst software (if 14.12 is the latest).
It’s a 650W Power Supply, which I believe is enough and the PCI-E was properly connected.
There is, unfortunately, no way for me to test the graphics card separately from the computer at this time.
