Warranty R9 390

Hi,  i got a r9 390 that just stopped working for some reason. I applied for warrant by sending an email with receipt and photo to [email protected] but i haven’t got a reply yet. It’s purchased on 02-01-2016
Is that still the correct way for applying for warranty?

Good day Gregory, i checked and you should have received an answer back from [email protected].
In case you did not, please claim warranty from the place of purchase. You should have 2 years warranty from the place you bought it.
