  I don't have Samsung UHD TV but I believe you need to turn on "HDMI UHD color mode".

  Try the first solution first, if it didn't work try the second with amd clock patcher/thread/fed-up-with-the-fact-the-club3d-1-2-to-2-0-adapter/
