I have a new CAC-1070. It is coupled to a Monster 1000EX 1mtr cable and connected to a GTX 780. My PC runs Windows 10 (Latest Insider build) and driver 365.10. Alas I can’t connect at RGB or YCbCr 4:4:4 at 4K60. I am only able to connect 8 Bit 4:2:0. Connecting the HDMI cable directly allows 12 bit 4:2:0 but this adaptor only allows 8 bit. My TV is a Panasonic TX-50CX700B. This is meant to allow 4K60 4:4:4 with HDMI mode 1 and 4K Pure Direct enabled but this is dependant on input and the GTX 780 or the adaptor isn’t telling the TV it is a HDMI 2.0 capable device.
Reading the thread linked I am led to believe there is a Firmware update that may help? If this is the case could it be sent to assist?
