Thanks for the update RoyalKing, it is very much appreciated. I returned the SP4 dock and tried another before i saw your response. I was going to repurchase a SP3 dock to try that but you saved me the trouble, so thanks again for that. Is there any chance a firmware update could fix this issue? Either way could you please keep me apprised on the progress? I’m sure there will be many in my exact situation finding this thread via google and any information would be great.
