Dear jpe, thank you for your additional information.
It’s hard to judge from the info about your setup but it seems the combination of a DP and DVI monitor connected to the hub may cause the issue. Is it possible to connect the Dell panel with a DVI adapter to the MST Hub like the Samsung panel to see if that makes any difference? Thanks!
