Can you detail me what graphics card do you have it connected? Also please detail the display that you are using.
OS and graphics driver version will be great to have.
Last, please detail which hub do you have.
The MST Hub is a DP++ device, you can use passive adapters. Please send me also information of the adapter that you are using.
